We are seeking motivated, passionate individuals for an Assistant Manager role who are looking to build long-term careers within the medical spa industry. - Experience with appointment booking software (Boulevard, Booker, MindBody, etc.).
- Experience in retail operations, cashier duties, and cash handling.
- Clean and refined appearance.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Team player with leadership capabilities.
- Available for a full-time schedule inclusive of a weekend day.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a location within the brand.
- Driving sales and promotions to meet daily and monthly sales goals and expectations.
- Booking and confirming appointments; Monitoring and maximizing daily schedules and staffing.
- Assist in responding to all incoming client-related communications and follow-up calls.
- Resolving client concerns in a professional manner with insight and poise.
- Directing clients during the check-in and check-out process.
- Inventory Management.
- Build, support, and maintain a strong positive workplace culture.
- Review Feedback, monitor and respond to surveys and reviews.
- Assist in networking and clienteling.
- Ability to step in manager role if needed, as well as handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll and reporting.
- Enforce and maintain protocols and performance goals.
- Maintain clean and safe spa environment.
- Handling multi-line phone system.
- Handle various assignments simultaneously.
Pay Description:
- Pay commensurate with experience.
- $20/hour PLUS Sales and Bonus Commissions.
